Wall panelling
Panelling and mouldings made and fitted on site, then filled, caulked and finished so the room reads as though it was always that way.

Skirting, architraves, doors, window reveals, staircases and fitted units — cut to the profiles already in the house, not to a catalogue.

Marek did a great job painting the stairs, bannisters and fireplace. He was very attentive to details, provided info on the job and also some great decoration ideas. All looks amazing and he cleaned everything after he finished.

Original features repaired and re-finished in place rather than torn out and replaced, including work in conservation areas.

We received an amazing service from Art 4 Deco. They supported us with the renovation of our living room and dining room in a timely manner. They took care of the painting of our walls, ceilings, skirting boards and fireplaces.The quality of their work make it an amazing result. Why it holds up
The work behind the finish
Preparation first
Stripping, filling, stabilising and repairing until the surface is genuinely sound. It is the slower, unglamorous half of the job and it is the entire difference between a finish that holds and one that lasts a season.
Original details kept
Timberwork, mouldings, plaster arches and stair flights repaired and re-finished in place wherever it is practical. Most of the jobs on this page are the fittings the house already had.
One team, start to finish
The people who strip a room are the people who plaster, panel and paint it. Nothing is handed between trades, so nothing falls down the gap between them.
Edyta and Marek are wonderful to work with and have a deep understanding of their work and are thoroughly professional. They were great in advising us on not only the technical aspects of paint but also have a keen aesthetic sense. They did a wonderful job painting our house and will definitely take their help in other decorating projects in the future too.
